No Barriers Here© in Europe! We were invited to teach palliative care MSc students at Lisbon University (Universidade Catolica Portuguesa) about palliative care for people with mental ill health and people with learning disabilities. It was interesting to learn about palliative and end of life care in Portugal and what’s more we were asked to facilitate a No Barriers Here© workshop. We also have our very first Palliative Medicine Consultant taking No Barriers Here© to a care facility in the Azure Islands!
