Cancellation Policy
If a delegate wishes to withdraw from the course please note, that due to the purchase of resources no refunds are allocated however, a delegate will be able to transfer the space to a colleague or be allocated a different date if available. Occasionally, situations beyond our control means we have to cancel a training course. In the event that this happens, delegates will be informed as soon as possible or offered an alternative date. A full refund will be paid if an alternative date is unavailable.
